At the December 10, 2015 Calaveras Planning Commission meeting the person who represented Ford Construction (the Rancho Calaveras Asphalt Plant) identified himself as JERRY MIDDLETON.
Does Jerry Middleton run the Asphalt Plant? Do the Middletons have ownership in the Ford Company's Asphalt Plant? Middleton reportedly told one person no new hires would result from the asphalt plant.
