Benjamin Cunha (33), an ex Diamond Springs firefighter, has plead guilty to starting the 80 acre Mine Fire in 2007.He only got sentenced to 5 years in prison for his crime. His attorney says he was trying to get overtime pay. The fire caused $7 million in damage, but he was only ordered to pay $247,000 in restitution.
