UPDATE: Now the black cow is reported near Red Hill Road on Hwy 49.
February 21, 2016 at 9:20 AM: A black cow has been reported on Hwy 49 at the Stevenot Bridge, Melones Reservoir.
CHP has notified Animal Services. Be extra cautious until they can clear the roadway.
