On February 26, 2016 the Calaveras Council of Governments will hold a Special Meeting at Bret Harte High School. We have requested more information from COG regarding this meeting. The only think on the agenda is to approve the RTIP or Regional Transportation Improvement Program. It isn't clear why it has to be a Special Meeting or why it's being held at Bret Hart High School instead of in San Andreas.
