March 7, 2016 at 2:20 PM: A hit and run traffic collision has been reported at Main Street and Court Street in San Andreas.
CHP is at the scene where a big rig took off a bumper of a car and took out a stop sign while trying to back up. There is a witness at the scene. No injuries were indicated.
