UPDATE at 4:15 PM: This person was reported back in the middle of Hwy 49 near Fricot City Road. CHP is en route.
UPDATE at 3:15 PM: CHP gave lawful order for person to stay off the roadway. They refused assistance.
March 6, 2016 at 3 PM: CHP received a report of someone walking in the middle of Hwy 49 at Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas.
CHP is en route because they won't listen to anyone warning them. Be extra cautious if headed that way.
