On March 8, 2016 a suspicious person was reported on Algiers Street in Murphys, per the Calaveras Sheriff's Office 'learking' around around a certain business. We believe they meant 'lurking' around.
Reportedly a male with a full beard and medium long hair wearing a long coat and carrying an umbrella. No report was taken by the Sheriff.
