According to CHP on March 3, 2016 around 3:30 PM Kenneth Reed (18) of Valley Springs was driving a 1998 Ford on Butler Lane near Heney Lane.
Reed apparently lost control of the vehicle in the gravel causing the Ford to travel up an embankment.
The incline of the bank caused the Ford to roll onto the passenger side.
The passengers, Tyler Harmre (15) of Valley Springs and Kyle Chaboya (19) sustained minor injuries.
The vehicle was uprighted and driven from the scene of the collision.
