March 6, 2016 at 10:15 AM: A traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 26 at Happy Valley Road in the Mokelumne Hill area.
Details of the hazard are not clear, but Caltrans has been notified. CHP is en route to the scene. Be careful if headed that way.
