It was announced at the Calaveras Supervisors meeting on August 9, 2016 that the Valley Springs News will get the contract to publishthe legal notices for Calaveras County.
The Valley Springs News was the only bidder. The Calaveras Enterprise missed the
deadline, despite the notice being published in the Calaveras Enterprise. It's absolutely hilarious!
