Calaveras Supervisor Oliveira admits Town Hall was Campaign rally

The so-called Town Hall meeting held at Avery Middle School regarding the dead trees was on the Calaveras Supervisors agenda on September 30, 2016.

Town Hall's are NOT approved campaign rallies by the county.  Oliveira's campaign committee the Meutterities claimed to SPONSOR that campaign rally.

The public has complained and complained that absolutely NO answers were made available at that meeting.  More Town Halls are planned, as these Supervisors elections are coming up.  Corruption never ends in Calaveras.

Of course, why not. And truly what answers could be given. I presume folks were hoping to hear something like this: "Someone will be out to your house tomorrow to cut all of the dead trees on your property and remove the logs for free the same day" - but in reality, that just cannot be, so there was really no point in having a "meeting" whatsoever. Our local news sites have given the correct information for some time now: Call PG&E and go from there.

The reason the Muetterites are suddenly getting involved is because one of them wants to run for office in a few years...
