Most of us are not exposed to dirty cops in close proximity, fortunately. When you are, though, your life will change. And we are told, if it's a racist dirty cop,
other racist cops will protect them???
What does the Calaveras Sheriff do when a dirty cop is reported?? Nothing??? Does DiBasilio lie for them, protect them from arrest and prosecution? Why???

One time I had one pull me over. Reported him. They did nothing!!
A deputy who I reported a theft to, and then made a complaint about tried to get ME in trouble. There are some bad ones out there.
