Temporary Sheriff DiBasilio has written an insane letter in which he states he hatred for cannabis, and how he is going to rid the county of it. This is a man who is well-known to LOVE smoking it!!
He also states in this letter that he wants all young children brainwashed early against ever using marijuana for any reason. Is this the mind of a sane and rational man???? And how much BOOZE do you and Oliveira and McmAnus drink, Dibasilio????
