On February 8, 2018 around 12:15 PM Angels Camp Police arrested Joshua Charles Corbett Cowan (42) of Angels Camp on South Main Street.
Cowan was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Obstructing or Resisting an Officer, a felony and for Exhibiting a Deadly Weapon (not a firearm), Obstructing or Resisting a Peace Officer and Vandalism less that $400.
