There was a fire reported yesterday on Summit View Road in Arnold at about the same time as
an illegal debris pile burn was reported on Railroad Flat Road.
The 2-3 acre fire took all of CalFire's people so when one of their officers was asked to report to the residence on Railroad Flat Road, none were available.
Needless to say, the resident got upset, and with good reason. While SPI will NOT get in any trouble over their escaped burn pile and the cost of putting it out, the resident could face serious charges.
Does anyone see anything wrong here?????
