If you don't have to go out on Hwy 4 today, take our advice and stay home and relax. The traffic headed for the mountains is massive.
We've heard of several near collisions, as people from the Bay Area are not used to our 55 MPH speed and try to pass, etc. If you do have to go out, be careful!
