With a $9.5 million deficit, you wouldn't think that Calaveras Supervisors would be throwing money away, but
it seems that is what they want to do at the Tuesday July 10, 2018 meeting.
Now they are giving money to a lobbying group in the amount of $64,000 for the first year, just to have them see if they can get money for the county.
We'll see what happens lobbyists O'Connell and Dempsey in the coming months.
