Not surprisingly, since Trump hates the press and calls them the enemy of the people, he refuses to do them any favors.
Now, had they written false stories about him, telling the world how MAWVELOUS he is, he would have been happy to have the flag at half staff after the deaths at the Annapolis newspaper.
As it is, he flatly refused the request made by the state of Maryland. After all, they were the 'enemy of the people', right?
