December 9, 2018 at 11:20 AM: What was originally reported as a check for smoke at the Meadowmont Shopping Center on Hwy 4 in Arnold, was actually a pile of burning leaves.
It appears that one of the homeless (and there are many) apparently started a fire right behind Big Trees Market to keep warm.
The Ebbetts Pass Fire Department is having a talk with him.
