Mostly ignored at Angels Camp City Council meetings, Steve Difu, came to the podiumto complain about cannabis, now to the Calaveras Supervisors.
Not making much sense, but trying to say they have no money, need many helicopters, etc. he tried to get responses from Supervisors, but they do not go back and forth with voters.
