Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested James Patrick Hart (24) of Arnold at his residence on Meadow Drive on October 16, 2019 around 8:20 PM.
Hart was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault and Battery (not a firearm), both felonies.
