Arnold area has power--Bullet in windshield

As of 4 PM on October 10, 2019 power was returned to the Arnold area.  The business district
also has phones and internet from Comcast returned.

Residents in Avery and Hathaway Pines, and parts of Murphys are still without power today.  Comcast has to restore power to many areas.

Some believe that PG&E restored power after one of their trucks got a bullet through the windshield.  Some people were extremely angry with them for cutting power unnecessarily.

Use common sense for crying out loud. Those PG&E workers are NOT the ones who mismanaged anything, that is solely upper management, the CEO and those on the board of directors. HELLO? Those linemen are the ones trying to restore your power. Unbelievable how stupid of the nitwit who pulled the trigger, he must be one really bright individual. No doubt he's been called Einstein a few times in his pathetic life, and he probably thought it was a compliment.
Could you imagine if AT&T ran PG&E? Your power would still be off and you'd be told they would have it back on in 2 to 4 weeks. Those people work harder at giving excuses then what the work would actually be.
