PG&E CEO Bill Johnson says that the recent power shutoffs were 'Well planned and executed',
but hundreds of thousands of customers would likely disagree with that statement.
Governor Newsome has warned Johnson that if their bankruptcy isn't settled by June of 2020, that the state of California will take over the utility.
Millions of stockholders, who are guaranteed a profit would probably be unhappy about that.

Our execution was well planned. Sure enough killed some small business.
If that was an example of "Well Planed and Executed" we all better find an alternative energy source.
CA is the worlds 5th largest economy, our Tech industry dominates, and we can't keep the lights on ???
