On May 12, 2020 Angels Camp Police arrested Joshua Charles Corbett Cowan (44) of
Angels Camp.
Cowan was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Battery with serious bodily injury, Causing harm or death to an elderly dependent, Evading a Police officer with disregard for public safety, Carjacking, all felonies and for Obstructing or Resisting a Peace Officer, Violation of Probation and Driving with a suspended license, all misdemeanors.
