On May 6, 2020 CHP arrested Matthew Patrick Herrera (35) of Sacramento on Hwy 12 in Valley Springs.
Herrera was booked into the Calaveras County
Jail for alleged Vehicle Theft and Receiving known stolen property, both felonies and for Evading a Police Officer and Driving Recklessly with a suspended license, both misdemeanors.
