The CEO of Aetna Insurance, third largest health insurer in the US, told a Wall Street Journal luncheon today that if the Congress does not act soon, he will lay off workers.
Mark Bertolini, (where have we heard that name before?) didn't say anything about business being bad or that he isn't making any money--no, only that he plans to lay off people.
