We've heard of people finding places to hide, but most people would never even consider BEHIND THE COUNTY JAIL as a good place!
Harold Wayne Bunnell, 59 of Valley Springs, was arrested on November 9, 2012 for allegedly Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, and for a Warrant with Two Charges, all three misdemeanors.
Not having far to go, Calaveras Sheriff's deputies booked Bunnell into the Calaveras County Jail. He was later released on his own recognizance.

Did Mr. Bunnell tell the arresting deputy, it was a procedural error? If the excuse is good enough for the BOS misdemeanors, it should be good for the rest of us.
