The Romney campaign spent hundreds of thousands on a stat-of-the-art computer system to get out the vote that took months to set up.
What happened? An election day meltdown that included Romney himself. Called now "failwhale", nothing seemed to work right and people in the campaign were left without access to necessary information.
Apparently, calling it "Orca" because it would be a killer whale to put them over the top, was a complete bust, or perhaps was swallowed by a Goldfish.
