Angels Camp City Council Meets May 7, 2013

   UPDATE at 10:41 AM:   We just received a corrected agenda. They call the error "slight",
but now they have the Regular Agenda listed for Finance Report, Dispatch contract and the Public Hearing on Mayo Rd.

   The Angels Camp City Council will hold their regular meeting on May 7, 2013 at the
Angels Fire House on Vallecito Rd.

   On the Closed Session Agenda is a Conference with Legal Counsel, Interim City Attorney Derek Cole. This is existing/pending litigation City of Angels Camp v. Marie A Starr, Calaveras Superior Court Case No. 11CV37944.

    Also on Closed Session is Conference with Labor Negotiator.

  Under the Consent Agenda there is a Finance Department Update by Joe Aquilar, Interim Finance Officer.

   Also under Consent agenda items is an agreement with the county for dispatch services.

   Also listed under Consent is a Public Hearing to consider vacating a portion of Mayo Road, for adoption Resolution 13-12. We have a question as to whether this should be on the consent agenda, and are awaiting a response from City Administrator McHatten.
