Certain businesses get dispensation from licenses

We have questioned the owners of Denio's Farmer's Market in Roseville to see if their vendors are required to also have business licenses.

The reason for this is because Jack Lynch in trying to help Anne Forrest get special favors for her Farmers market downtown, stated that he didn't believe anywhere in the state are licenses required.

We also told City Administrator Michael McHatten that we know someone who wants to start a big farmers market in Altaville (the real City) and expect the same favors he gives to Anne Forrest;s clubs.

It was funny when some man was asked if he would mind if someone starts selling candy with the special favors they have in mind, and he started stuttering.

Where are their handicapped parking and bathrooms. Where are their fire suppressants and all the other regulations that regular businesses are forced to endure in the City of Angels Camp.

Are they required to hook up to water. The cost of that alone is prohibitive and if ACBA actually did an accurate study about why businesses in Angels Camp fail, that would be one of the top of the list.
