The Angels Camp City Council will meet on Tuesday June 4, 2013 at the Firehouse in old Angels Camp.
The meeting begins with a Closed Session at 4:30 PM for appointment of a Finance Officer.
Under Closed Session they will also have a Conference with Labor Negotiator for the Safety-Police MOU, Misc-Non Exempt MOU and Misc-Exempt MOU. McHatten is the Negotiator.
At 6 PM the Regular Meeting is scheduled to begin with approval of legal services agreement between the City of Angels and Cota Cole, LLP for City Attorney Services and one for Adoption of a Minute Order for a contract with Calaveras County for Law Enforcement Services from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2016.
There is only one item on the Regular Agenda, Sidewalk Obstruction Issues, a report by David Myers, City Engineer. They intend to direct staff to comply with the current adopted City ordinances as they relate to sidewalk maintenance.
We aren't sure what they mean by this, its very vague, and we do not get their packets, so who knows what they are up to now; probably something negative is again coming to the residents
