October 21, 2013 at 7:16 AM: A traffic accident reportedly caused by a big rig cutting off a blck Honda and then continuing on, occurred at Hwy 99 and the Farmington Road (Hwy 4) exit in Stockton.
An ambulance is enroute to the scene due to injuries.
