UPDATE at 1 PM: This accident is a major injury accident per CHP. Two vehicles were over the side of the embankment after the collision. Tow trucks are now enroute.
October 22, 2013 @ 12:30 PM: There are several ambulances, fire engines, and a CHP vehicle blocking one lane of Hwy 4 just below Anrey Circle in Murphys.
One small whilte vehicle is 40' over the side of the bank and down the hill. One way traffic is being directed around the emergency vehicles. Avoid the area if possible.
