October 8, 2013: At 6:42 AM CHP received a report of a traffic accident on Hwy 99 at the Farmington Rd exit (Hwy 4) in Stockton.
It isn't yet known if there are injuries. Two CHP are enroute to the scene. One vehicle, a tan Honda reportedly hit an embankment. A big rig could be involved, as it is parked nearby.
