UPDATE at 5:14 PM: CHP is now at the scene. This accident is just north of the bridge on Hwy 49.
October 13, 2013 at 4:45 PM: A vehicle is laying on it's side and is on fire on Hwy 49 in Carson Hill. An ambulance is enroute.
The occupant is out of the burning vehicle. Three CHP are enroute to the scene.
