On September 10, 2014 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Jamie Soto Rangel (27) of West Point at his residence on Winton Road for allegedly Marijuana Plants and Possession of Marijuana for Sale, both felonies and for Obstructing or Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor.
Rangel was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
