UPDATE at 11:30 AM: In the continuing investigation into this tragic crash, the San Joaquin County Sheriff''s Office were just told that they believe one of the parties they are searching for ran into an apartment.
UPDATE at 9:30 AM: At least one person has died as a result of this crash. An investigation is ongoing. CHP is beginning to clear the roadway. TV News crews are at the scene due to the fatality.
UPDATE at 8:50 AM: The two who left the scene are believed to be a white male with a grey t-shirt with black shorts and no shoes and a white female in black clothing with blond hair in a pony tail.
UPDATE at 8:40 AM: Fire trucks are blocking Wilson Way so the helicopters can land.
October 3, 2014 at 8:30 AM: A helicopter ambulance and Jaws of Life are en route to a traffic accident near Wilson Way and Alpine in Stockton.
According to a caller, the vehicle was being chased by another, who took off after the vehicle ran off the road near the levy and into a ditch.
