New restaurant with real native cuisine

  A chef in Minneapolis is opening a new restaurant, naming it "Souix Chef", based on native food of the Ojibwe and Souix, pre-colonization.

 His name is Sean Sherman and he says there will be little, if any, white flour, processed sugar or olive oil used.

  Instead he uses sunflower, walnut and hazelnut oils, and will offer game the natives ate at that time.
