UPDATE at 10:45 AM: The roadway is now clear.
UPDATE at 10:40 AM: A 2nd traffic collision reported at the same location appears to be part of the same collision.
One party reports that they were sideswiped
by another vehicle. Both parties are being kept at the scene for investigation.
December 24, 2014 at 10:10 AM: A traffic collision has been reported at Hwy 99 and Lathrop Road in Manteca.
According to the caller, a sign and the center divide seems to have been hit. Emergency personnel is en route to the scene.
