Online threats before Supreme Court today

As our readers know, violent and even death threats are written by low-life, probably drunken scums, under supposed anonymity as comments in the Sierra Sentinel and throughout the US.

One man charged with threatening his wife online was sentenced to 44 months in prison, and has now appealed to the Supreme Court, saying that threats are simply a FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT!!  It will be interesting to see what the Court rules.

If they rule in his favor, we are all in danger in this country.

If the Supreme Court is smart, they will double his sentence or make it life in prison.
