UPDATE: 20' of guard railing and a post are damaged.
December 2, 2014 at 11 AM: A 2 vehicle collision has been reported at Hwy 4 and Hwy 99 in Stockton.
An ambulance has been dispatched due to injuries. Use extra caution if headed for that area.
