December 19, 2014 at 8:40 AM: A vehicle is on its roof in a dry canal at Dickenson Ferry Road and Quinley Ave., just off Hwy 99 in the Merced area.
An ambulance was responding but now indications are that there are no injuries. A tow truck is en route.
