UPDATE at 10:55 AM: An officer has the dog now, but it refuses to get into the patrol car. Perhaps afraid of jail? They have now called animal control.
February 27, 2015 at 10:30 AM: A large white dog has been reported running on Hwy 49 near Meacham Ranch Road, outside Angels Camp.
One person is stopped, trying to catch the dog. CHP is en route to the area. Be careful if headed that way.
