This lawsuit is costing the taxpayers plenty of money for bringing their personal extremist religious beliefs into the government.
The first person to come to the podium, in fact, Jim Riggs from Murphys, echoed what the Sierra Sentinel has been saying ever since the corruption occurred; that Calaveras Supervisors Pontiff Ponte and Pastor Cliff Edsel, who are the only two left responsible for the scandal, should apologize to the voters and RESIGN!!

Anyone that goes against their own legal counsel should have to pay for any litigation out of their own pockets. And resign.
It was Ponte, Edson and now defunct Spellman. Religious wackos, who could care less about the people.
Did Spellman get even with the BOS for embarrassing him, by not electing him chairman last year?
