Did you know that hundreds of millions of male baby chicks are considered worthless by breeders and are killed and turned into animal feed, possibly for your cats and dogs. And that's just here in the US.To the breeders, looking for egg layers, the males have no use and only a few are needed for the hens to lay eggs. Sad, but true!
