He was caught putting cans of chewing tobacco in an area where a prior fellow inmate could find it. Chewing tobacco is not allowed in the jail.
In addition, Chad James Greenwood (30) of Sheridan, deputies found Greenwoods girlfriend and
burglary tools in his vehicle, including bolt cutters and shaved keys and tear gas, which a felon is not allowed to have in their possession.
Greenwood is being held on $105,000 bail.
