UPDATE: We finally received an email from Calaveras County about the cancelled meeting; at 12:15 PM on March 2, 2015.

We just heard through the "wind" that the Special Meeting that Supervisor Cliff Edsel and Debbie Ponte insisted on having tomorrow March 3, 2015 about Lake Tulloch, has been cancelled.
No official notice has been sent out, but our source is pretty reliable. No Board of Supervisors meeting tomorrow in San Andreas. CANCELLED!!
