Last night wildlife authorities successfully tranquilized and capture the Tracy bear. It had been trying to hide up in a tree for over two hours prior to its capture.No one has any idea how the very young black bear got to Tracy, as they have never had a report of a bear in town before.
The bear will be examined and treated and then taken to the mountains to be released into the wild if he is healthy enough.
