Cat lost in 2013, found in California desert

Pictured is Kevin, an orange tabby with a "tale" to tell. He went missing from his South Carolina home in 2013.

When border inspectors opened a trailer in Southern California, they heard mewing and found an orange tabby who was dehydrated and took it to the Riverside Animal Services.

After feeding the poor cat, they found a microchip embedded in his skin, and contacted the shocked
owner.  Kevin will be returned to his home today on a jet plane.

If you care about your pet, get it micro chipped.I found mine that way.
