On April 8, 2015 the citizens case against the City of Angels Camp involving their alleged mishandling of the Lighting District and it's money at Greenhorn Creek.
Residents Difu, Croletto, Turco and Rosatto are the brave citizens who dared to sue a City. The case number is 13cv-39523 and will be heard in Calaveras Superior Court in San Andreas.
Many residents allege corruption within the City and its handling of many issues; racism, playing business special favors, intentional DOWN-zoning of landowners to harm property values and on and on.

The City prevailed in this case 100%. Difu, Turco, Croletto and Rosato were simply wrong and would never listen to reason. Multiple attorneys and engineers tried to explain it to them, but they wouldn't listen. All they did is cost themselves and the citizens of Greenhorn Creek a lot of money. What a waste!
